The following scenarios have been identified as having such legal reasons:
Personal Data is processed to meet our contractual obligations, when applicable, when administering our website and providing services. Such processing is based on our legitimate interest to manage and market our company, run and administer the Website, deliver and develop the Services, and supply requested material in cases when we have not entered into a contract with you (for example, when you request a quote on our website).
When you register for an account with ERIP, we process your Personal Data as needed to register and administer your account, provide technical and client support and training, verify your identity, and send important account and Services information, all in accordance with our contractual obligations or legitimate interests to provide Services.

Your Information Is Disclosed
Personal Data may be shared in the following ways by ERIP:
Service Providers who have been appointed on a contract basis. We may share Personal Data with contracted service providers, such as entities that provide hosting and system administration, payment processing, analytics, marketing, data enrichment, or client support, to the extent necessary and in accordance with the legal bases set forth above, in order to provide the Services, conduct our business operations, or when we believe that applicable law permits or requires disclosure. Employer Reference: We may share Personal Data with your employer to provide you with access, verify accounts and activity, investigate suspicious activity, or enforce our terms and policies if you are an authorised user of the Services or have otherwise registered for ERIP offerings using your corporate email address.
Mergers and Acquisitions: If we sell all or a portion of our company or assets in a merger, acquisition, consolidation, change of control, corporate divestment, or dissolution, we will disclose required Personal Data, which will be controlled by the privacy rules of the acquiring companies. We shall take reasonable efforts to notify you of any transfer of Personal Data to an unaffiliated third party in compliance with relevant regulations.
Data Analytics: From time to time, we may share non-personal, anonymized, and statistical data with third parties to assist ERIP in performing such analyses and enhancements. For ordinary commercial operations, ERIP may also employ anonymized, aggregated use data (for example, Governance reporting).
If any element of the Website or ERIP-branded social networking sites allows you to publish to a public forum, the Personal Data you choose to post, distribute, upload, or make publicly accessible may be seen by others. Unless you have permission, you should never post or discuss any private or personal information about people. ERIP is based in India and operates from there. Furthermore, we only host our Services and process your Personal Data in India. However, some of the above-mentioned service providers may process Personal Data outside of your jurisdiction, in countries that are not subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission or your local legislature and/or regulator, and which may not provide for the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. We ensure that the information is protected in accordance with the law, regardless of where it is stored.
Standards of protection needed by relevant legislation, such as by entering into suitable back-to-back agreements and, if necessary, standard contractual provisions for data transfer authorised by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).
ERIP's services are just for commercial clients, and they are not designed for children. Only those who are legally capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are permitted to transact on the Platform. People who are "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, such as un-discharged insolvents, are not permitted to utilise the Platform. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform or access Platform material with the supervision and prior consent/permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect Personal Data from minors under the age of 18 without their consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has supplied us with Personal Data without your consent, please notify us as described in section 14 below, and we will erase such Personal Data from our databases.
Personal information security
All information you supply to us is stored on secure servers operated by us or our subcontractors, and is accessed and used in accordance with our security rules and regulations. Your account has been granted access using an OTP. You must keep this OTP private and not disclose it to anybody else, including our employees. We only give access to your personal information to our employees, affiliates, and third-party service providers that require it to offer products or services. We have implemented commercially reasonable physical, electronic, procedural, administrative, and technological protections in accordance with data protection regulations to secure your personal data stored in the countries where we operate from unauthorised access. However, no security system is impregnable, no matter how efficient it is. We cannot guarantee the security of these systems or that information provided by you or on your behalf will not be intercepted while being sent over the Internet.
We've taken all reasonable and practicable efforts to secure your personal information, including data protection for data in transit and at rest, role-based access, and only working with partners that have taken similar security measures.
